From Consultation to Project Completion
Planning a residential or commercial remodel can bring many questions. Should you replace the cabinets? Which countertop is better for your space? Would an island or peninsula work best? What will the project cost?
Every property and project is different. Panther Construction guides clients through each stage, from the initial consultation and detailed estimate to construction and final completion.

Consultation and Free Estimate
We begin by discussing your goals, priorities, preferred materials, budget, and anticipated timeline. Because accurate pricing depends on the complete scope of work, we do not rely on quick ballpark figures during the initial visit.
After evaluating the project details, we prepare a clear estimate outlining the proposed work. If you decide to move forward, scheduling begins after the contract is signed and the required initial payment is received.
Design, Modeling, and Rendering
When included in the project agreement, we refine the layout and design details using floor plans, 3D models, and photorealistic renderings. After materials, appliances, finishes, and colors are selected, these visuals help you understand how the completed space will look and make confident decisions before construction begins.
Plans and Permitting
If architectural drawings or permits are required, we can coordinate the process with qualified design professionals and the appropriate local jurisdiction. The specific drawings, permit services, responsibilities, and related costs will be clearly identified in the project agreement.
Materials and Selections
Building materials included in the project will be listed in the estimate and agreement. Any fixtures, finishes, appliances, or other items supplied by the client will also be clearly identified.
Client-provided materials must be selected, ordered, and delivered according to the project schedule. Delayed or unavailable materials may affect the construction timeline and could result in additional costs as described in the agreement.
Construction and Project Management
During production, our team coordinates demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, tile, installation, finishing, inspections, and other approved work included in the project scope.
The project manager oversees scheduling, quality control, subcontractor coordination, jobsite safety, cleanliness, and communication. If unforeseen conditions or requested changes affect the scope, price, or schedule, we will provide a written change order for review and approval before proceeding with the additional work.
Some construction stages may appear to progress more slowly than others. Drywall finishing, waterproofing, tile installation, inspections, and curing times require careful attention and cannot always be rushed. We work diligently to maintain quality while keeping the project moving forward.
Communication and Unexpected Conditions
Our goal is to complete every project on schedule, within the approved budget, and with high-quality workmanship. However, remodeling can reveal hidden or unexpected conditions that may affect cost or timing. We recommend that clients maintain a reasonable contingency allowance for these situations.
Final Walk-Through and Project Completion
Near completion, we conduct a final walk-through with the client to review the work and identify any remaining items requiring attention. We encourage ongoing communication throughout construction so concerns can be addressed promptly instead of being postponed until the final day.
Once the approved work is complete, we perform the final cleanup and deliver the remodeled space ready for use.
Labor Warranty
Our labor warranty and its applicable terms are described in the signed construction agreement and provided in accordance with applicable laws. The labor warranty generally covers qualifying workmanship issues and does not cover manufacturer defects, normal wear, misuse, or failures involving client-provided materials or appliances.
