EDNA RIBEIRO, President
Panther Construction Inc. was founded in 2016 by Edna Ribeiro on her own initiative with the seed money from her last paycheck. She had served as a Director of Operations for a mid-size construction company and was eager to apply her skills which she has honed since 1998.
Throughout her career, Edna has managed residential and commercial construction projects valued at more than six million dollars. Her extensive experience in operations, estimating, client relations, and project management gave her the foundation to establish Panther Construction. Despite beginning with limited resources, she built the company through perseverance, courage, and a clear commitment to quality.
Under Edna’s leadership, Panther Construction has grown into a woman-owned remodeling company based in Alexandria, Virginia, and licensed in Virginia and Washington, D.C. The company provides residential and commercial remodeling services throughout Northern Virginia and the District, including whole-home renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, custom decks, build-outs, and custom carpentry.
Edna’s dedication to exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and high-quality craftsmanship continues to guide every Panther Construction project and client relationship.
Saulo Zacari, Partner and Project Manager
Saulo Zacari discovered his passion for construction during his teenage years while helping his father build their family’s small ranch in Brazil. Through that experience, he learned the fundamentals of carpentry, measurements, painting, and the safe operation of power tools.
Since 2020, Saulo has developed hands-on experience across residential and commercial construction. His work has included carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical work, framing, siding, roofing, insulation, drywall, painting, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and commercial build-outs. One of his proudest accomplishments was helping design and construct a large greenhouse, a project that strengthened his appreciation for detailed planning and quality craftsmanship.
As Partner and Project Manager at Panther Construction, Saulo helps coordinate projects from the initial planning stages through final completion. He works closely with clients, trade partners, and the Panther team to maintain clear communication, oversee project details, and ensure the company’s quality standards are followed throughout construction.
Saulo’s calm, focused approach, practical field experience, and commitment to client satisfaction make him an important part of Panther Construction’s continued growth.
