A complete transformation of this backyard for this client in Old Town Alexandria. The ground deck was old and the bushes and grass were in need of some love. The client has a dog that uses the backyard a lot and it’s almost impossible to keep a beautiful green natural grass with a 4-legged family member. They decided to go for turf, some river stone by the bench on the shaded corner, and of course, we remodeled the ground deck with pressure treated lumber and coated it with DeckOver paint. Highly recommended if you want to opt for wood deck but have a longer leeway on maintenance. DeckOver, properly applied, gives a guaranteed protection of 7 -10 years. It’s waterproof, crack filler (for existing decks) and slip resistant.
