This kitchen and powder room was one of the most transformative and enjoyable projects ever! I came to this home in McLean, VA for an estimate for a Kitchen remodel. The client was considering refinishing the existing cabinets – he even started painting some of the doors himself to see how it would look like, an idea I strongly turned him away from. After a few visits and many considerations, he came to the conclusion that a whole transformation was worth the time and investment Not only did we completely transform this kitchen we ended up remodeling the entire three-level townhome which included, new Brazilian hardwood flooring, all new outlets and light switches, new baseboards, 3 bathrooms remodels and an exterior window trim replacement – from wood to PVC. 

 

What used to be a pantry closet became a beautiful powder room, The far end wall adjacent to the powder room got plenty of storage with wall-to-wall pantry cabinets. A long peninsula with waterfall in this gorgeous quartz that extends throughout the kitchen as backsplash. Two pendant lights over the peninsula matching all the hardware and appliances wraps up luxuriously. The kitchen features a double oven, a glass cooktop an over the range hood and a “must” for the chef of the house: a wine cooler under the peninsula – easily reachable! A Ruvati apron front sink, a motion sensor faucet, under cabinet lighting. The works! Just GORGEOUS! This ageless kitchen is a masterpiece. The pictures do not give it justice.
