Panther Construction Inc. was founded in 2016 by Edna Ribeiro on her own initiative with the seed money from her last paycheck. She had served as a Director of Operations for a mid-size construction company and was eager to apply her skills which she has honed since 1998. Starting from the ground-floor as a receptionist for a large commercial subcontractor, she knew that this was her passion. From receptionist to office manager, to assistant estimator, to estimator, then to project management – frequently managing projects valued over two million dollars. Experienced in both commercial and residential project management and overall operations, she decided it was time to strike out on her own. After a challenging start with only a few thousand dollars she succeeded through perseverance and a lot of courage. The fruits of these trials are shown in what Panther Construction is today: robust and growing.

Panther Construction has been delivering whole home remodels, deck remodels and build outs, rough and finished carpentry, bathrooms and kitchens of the highest quality creating happy and satisfied customers from every project.
